Friendly owner and staff, giving me great advice on where to go and what to see. Location close to the beach and good restaurants with fresh seafood. the pancakes and fresh fruit at breakfast were delicious.
Had a hard time sleeping with the loud noise from the nearby street, making it difficult to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the air conditioning did not work properly, leaving the room too warm.

I had an amazing stay at a guest house close to Marissa beaches. The location was perfect; it was very close to everything I could possibly need, including a short walk to the beach and Harbour. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were modern and clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast; it was a delightful meal with fresh Sri Lankan pancakes, eggs, and toast. Additionally, the guesthouse had cozy common areas to relax in between rooms.
Nothing negative to say; it was a great experience overall.

Located in a peaceful area near Marissa beaches, this guest house offers a comfortable stay. the clean rooms are spacious and equipped with mosquito nets, fans and air conditioning. the host is friendly and provides helpful local information. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and relax in the cozy common area. the guest house is conveniently located close to the beach while offering a quiet environment.
While some guests might find the A/C noisy, the room facilities and host's hospitality more than make up for it.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the get-go. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the beach and nearby attractions. We appreciated the delicious breakfast that was served each morning, giving us a solid start to the day.
The internet speed left much to be desired. It was incredibly slow and made it difficult for us to stay connected with friends and family back home.
